There is a great deal of opportunities to integrate employment, education, training, and support services with employer designed and driven Registered Apprenticeship Programs. These resources are available to employers and potential employees alike!
While not required, it is advised to work with your local workforce board to leverage resources whenever possible. Local board members are impactful to each of their respective areas of service and have specific expertise to integrate Registered Apprenticeship with workforce services. - The KANSASWORKS State Board charge is to connect all services into a comprehensive workforce system and to serve as the organizer of those connections with the ultimate-goal of positioning KANSASWORKS as the premier workforce system in the nation. The board’s diverse representation assists in establishing connections and provides a statewide perspective.
